Join us for a 2 hour workshop on increasing your digital skills. We are keen to support local Disabled people to build or increase their independent living skills around accessing services and information online.

This workshop aims to: 

• Support attendees to better understand ways that they can access health care and services online. 
• Support attendees to navigate downloading apps. 
• Support attendees to explore ways to use your smartphone/tablet to help maintain wellbeing
