This policy details the process for making a formal complaint at Merton CIL.

We would love to hear from members, service users, volunteers and members of the community who have positive comments about Merton CIL and its work. We would also love to have comments about how we could improve to help strengthen our work and services. You can do this by:

2. If you have used our services, complete an in-depth feedback questionnaire. Just let us know you would like to do this and a member of staff will support you to complete the form in a way that is accessible to you.
