Craftivism & Chat - with NHS Merton/South West London CCG

Thursday 04 November 2021
13:00 to 15:00

What's happening:
1pm - 1:15pm: Welcome and introductions

1:15pm - 2:30pm: NHS Merton's Local Health Plan

At this month’s Craftivism and Chat we will be hearing about and discussing the new Local Health Care Plan with Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

A new plan was developed in 2019 before the coronavirus pandemic. Following the pandemic the CCG would like to look at whether the vision and the 8 identified priorities, which include a new integrated care system, need to be updated.

And also if the priorities covered come under 3 main themes of ‘Start Well, Live Well and Age Well’, are still correct.

The refresh is looking at where to go next with the plan and what the CCG should do over the next couple of years. The CCG is keen to get local Deaf and Disabled people’s voices engaged with the work.

There will be short breaks at 1:45pm and 2:15pm

2:30pm - 3pm: Share any social policy issues or concerns with our Policy Manager Michael as we come to a close.

BSL interpreters and captions will be available.

If you have any access needs that you would like us to take into consideration please let us know as soon as possible.
