Estifanos's Story 

Estifanos is our Chair of Trustees and a strong leader. He uses his lived expertise and governance experience to shield the organisation from risk and support it to grow. Estifanos joined Merton CIL over 8 years ago as a member and volunteer. Over the years he has built skills and confidence to lead the organisation. He said “I’m making a meaningful contribution to the Disabled community and this role has given me added purpose in my life, which makes me feel good.”

Gina's Story 

Gina Vettese dedicated over 18 years to fight for the rights of Deaf and Disabled people in Merton, and beyond. For almost two decades, Gina invested immense consistency, determination, passion and skill into our organisation.
