We are keen to hear your thoughts on how we can work together to make advice work more attractive to Deaf and Disabled people and individuals with long term health condition.

By advice work we broadly mean: support with information and advice to access appropriate welfare benefits e.g. PIP, Universal Credit, housing costs and support with mandatory reconsiderations and appeals; support to access aids and adaptations in the home; support with disrepair or other housing issues; support with social care issues and charging and support with transport concessions.

Before our organisation and the four other DDPOs involved begin recruiting under this project, we are asking our members, supporters and local Deaf and Disabled people to complete the survey using the link below to help us improve our offering going forward. The survey is anonymous and will be collated by Inclusion London, we will then discuss the feedback as we plan our future advice provision.
