Last year, Merton Council’s adult social care team informed us that they were aiming to reinstate their customer feedback questionnaire, and asked us to comment on their draft.

We agreed to help with the drafting process, going on to seek the views of members and staff, to relay to the Principal Social Worker.  

Last month, the questionnaire was rolled out.

 

We welcome this development and encourage everyone who has contact with the Council’s adult social care services to complete the questionnaire.
