How to join online
You can join us online by signing up here.
The meeting will take place on Zoom.
If you cannot attend - please vote, its important!
Please complete a proxy vote if you are unable to attend and you are a full member (Disabled person). You can complete a proxy vote form here.
A proxy vote form allows you to cast a vote even if you cannot be there or allow the chair to vote on your behalf.
Proxy votes help us to meet our quorum* for the meeting. It is also really helps the meeting to run smoothly if we have as many proxy votes as possible.
*What is a quorum? A quorum is a minimum number of members needed for us to conduct official business, such as voting or making decisions.
