After 7 years at Merton CIL, David Jenkins will stand down from the Deputy CEO role on 31 March 2026

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Estifanos Habteselassie as Chair and Kirstin Hellard as Vice Chair of Merton CIL’s Board of Trustees and Charlet Wilson as CEO.

We are sad to announce that our long-standing Co-Chair Amanda Edwards, stood down from her role at our AGM in November 2025.

Our Advice Service will reopen on 19 January 2026 offering support for benefits‑related cases only.

Our brilliant Access Champions contributed earlier this year to the Council’s work on their Walking and Cycling Strategy. The Council then asked residents to comment on it and we submitted an organisational response.
